Starting Point: Sheraton Fallsview, Niagara Falls, Ontario
Price: $175+tax per person Early Bird Before October 1st or first 30 tickets sold (includes transportation, lunch, and sampling), $190+tax after. Minimum 30 spots or the event will be cancelled and refunds announced on November 16th.

4 New Venues for 2025
Meet at Sheraton Fallsview – 11:45 AM check-in, Noon departure
We’ll gather in the lobby of the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel to start the day together. Please arrive a few minutes early to check in and get settled before boarding the bus.
Bench Brewing Co. – Welcome, brewery tour & tasting
Our first stop takes us to Bench Brewing, home of Niagara Cider Company. Guests will enjoy a guided tour of the brewery and a curated tasting, with a special focus on how craft beer and cider intersect in Niagara’s vibrant beverage scene.
King’s Court Estate Winery – Tour & tasting
Next, we visit this family-owned estate winery, known for its deep roots and innovative approach to winemaking. Guests will take part in a tour of the vineyard and cellars, followed by a tasting that highlights their signature wines.
Palatine Hills Estate Winery – Tour & tasting
At Palatine Hills, history meets hospitality. This heritage winery offers a behind-the-scenes look at its winemaking traditions and practices, complemented by a tasting of select wines that showcase Niagara’s terroir.
Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute (CCOVI), Brock University – Special stop & tasting
Our final stop brings us to CCOVI, Canada’s leading centre for grape and wine research. Participants will learn about cutting-edge work in cider, wine, and viticulture — and enjoy a tasting experience that connects science with flavour.
Return to Sheraton Fallsview – Tour concludes by 6:00 PM (planned departure 5:30 PM)
We’ll return to the Sheraton Fallsview, wrapping up an inspiring and flavour-filled day celebrating women in leadership and Niagara’s cider, wine, and beer community.
Additional Information:
Transportation: Comfortable round-trip transportation though Coach Canada from Sheraton Fallsview to each stop and back, with the plan to complete the tour by 5:30pm.
Lunch and Sampling: Lunch will be provided, please select your food preference when checking out. Tasting sessions with light snacks at each subsequent location.
